The honest version
- Wet season runs roughly June through October. That means real rain, not a passing shower, and it can move a work day indoors.
- Distance from 5th Avenue is what keeps Colosio good value. A spontaneous night out means a bus ride or a bike ride home.

Do I need a lease to stay a month or longer?
No. You book the way you would for a week: pick your dates, choose a home, and pay through the site. There is no lease and no landlord to find.
Is the wifi good enough to work from?

Can I cook, or will I eat out for a month?
You can cook. Homes have full kitchens or kitchenettes with an induction stove, blender, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The Colosio market opens at 7 a.m. and is an 8-minute walk from Casitas.
What about laundry on a long stay?
Casitas, Mayalun, and Uva De Mar each have a laundromat next door, so a long stay never costs you a vacation day.
Do I need a rental car?
No. From Casitas the minibus stop is 10 minutes on foot, the ADO terminal reaches Tulum and both airports, and bicycles are complimentary, subject to availability.
