The Deluxe 2BR Duplex gives up to 8 people genuine independence: two private units, each with its own entrance and kitchenette. The beach is 4 minutes on foot, the Cozumel ferry is 4, and the ADO terminal is 2, so a day on the reef needs no car.

The honest version

Questions from families
How many people can we fit?
The one-bedroom homes sleep up to 4, and the sofa bed comfortably sleeps one adult or two kids. The duplexes at all three collections are two fully private units and sleep up to 8, each with its own entrance.
Is there a pool?
Mayalun has a rooftop pool, shared with the other guests staying in the building and a short elevator ride from the apartment. It is the only stay in the Tranquilo portfolio with an on-site pool. Casitas and Uva De Mar have no pool, and each answers with a beach and a neighborhood instead.
Can we cook for the kids?
Yes. Every home has a full induction kitchen or a kitchenette with a stove, blender, microwave, and fridge-freezer, so breakfast never depends on a queue.
What about laundry?
Casitas, Mayalun, and Uva De Mar each have a laundromat next door, so a week with kids never costs you a vacation day.
Do we need a rental car?
No. Beaches, restaurants, and the ADO terminal are on foot from Uva De Mar, and the minibus stop is 10 minutes on foot from Casitas. Casitas also includes complimentary bicycles (subject to availability), beach chairs, and umbrellas.
Can two families share one duplex?
That is what the duplex is built for. Each unit has its own entrance, bed setup, and kitchen or kitchenette, so two families get their own space and a shared door to the street.
