Wet season (roughly June through October) means real rain, not a passing shower, and it can slow down a work day if you were planning to be out and about. And Colosio's distance from 5th Avenue, the thing that makes it affordable, is the same thing that means a spontaneous night out costs you a bus ride or a bike ride home.
